Hunger for God

How many of you know our life is more than food 

life is more than clothes 

and life is more than houses and posession 

You are more than a physical body 

And you have a soul 

You are a spiritual being 

You are a moral being 

You are concerned about right and wrong/ good and bad 

You are concerned about life after death 

You know that there is God 

And you know that you are obligated to serve God 

You are a spiritual being 

brothers and sisters 

As your body needs nourishment 

So as your spirit needs nourishment 

It's a tragic fact 

That mankind is suffering from spiritual starvation 

And now the situation 

We are technologically advanced 

We have more wealth than we have ever had before 

We have more powerful weapons of war than we have ever had before 

But it's still seen that in our world is more troubled and confused than it has ever before 

All of our scientific advancement, have not made us happy 

They have not fulfilled us 

In almost every area of life 

We're concerned by sorrow regarding the past 

Distress regarding the present 

And anxiety regarding the future 

And we are in this condition 

Because our world failed to acknowledge the word of the Lord 

Bible says Revelation 4:11"You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, 

for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being." 

We are made by God, for God 

Again I tell you, we are made by God, for God 

And when we have proper relationship with God 

We have peace within and we have peace with one another 

As our body hungers for food 

So our spirit hunger and thirst for God 

Yes brothera and sisters 

we need a touch from God 

oue spirit need a fulfill from God 

we should hunger for God more than anyone or anything else 

because God alone can satisfy our hungr and thirst 

he alone can fulfill, complete, develope, heal ,save, transform and equip our lives 

Bible says “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” (John 7:37-38). 

“And Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst.” (John 6:35). 

Are you really hungry today? Do you NEED God? 

Are you willing to allow God to fill you up and make you a mighty warrior?
