God is love

“And so we know and rely on the love of God has for us God is love. 

Whoever lives in love in god, and God in him.” (1 John 4:16) 

My children don’t like vegetables they always want to eat meats. 

So my wife said to them 

“If you eat the vegetables God loves you 

but if you do not eat vegetables God does not loves you.” 

One day I’ve heard that my wife said to my children. 

“If you are good boy God loves you 

but if you are bad boy God does not love you.” 

Exactly this is wrong 

This is false teaching. 

Even we eat dog meat God loves us 

He loves everybody in this world 

He loves Kankanaey, Ibaloy. He loves all tribe 

He loves white, yellow and black. He loves all 

He loves bad boys as he loves good boys. 

God hate sin but he loves sinner 

That is why God sent His only son in this world and He died for us. 

In the Bible 13th chapter of John at the 1st verse: 

“It was just before the Passover Feast. 

Jesus knew that the time had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. 

 Having loved his own who were in the world, he now showed them the full extent of his love.” 

Jesus knew that the time had come for him to leave this world and go to Father. 

Jesus knew that he was going to die. 

Jesus knew His disciples were to forsake Him and leave Him. 

Jesus knew Peter was to deny Him with a curse. 

Jesus already knew that Judas was that night to betray Him with a kiss. 

But Jesus still loved them. 

Now we find here His love is unchangeable. 

Not only that His love has no limit. 

Brothers and sisters 

He loved the people until His last breath. 

When they crucified Jesus on the cross. 

Jesus said “Father forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” 

It is said in Jeremiah 31:3, “I have loved you with an everlasting love.” 

It means love with out end. 

Maybe someone wants ask 

“If God has loved us with an everlasting love, 

why does it say that God is angry with the sinner every day?” (Psalm 7:11) 

Now I want answer that the word ‘anger’ in the scriptures 

is one of the very strongest evidences and ｅxpressions of God’s love. 

God’s anger shows His Love. 

Brothers and sisters 

For example you have children and they go the wrong way, will you not be angry with them? 

Suppose my child goes out and lies and steals and gets drunk. 

If I have no love for him, I don’t care what he does; 

but jus because I do love him, it makes angry to see him take that course. 

It is because God loves the sinner that He gets angry with them. 

It is very passage that shows how strong God’s love is. 

Brothers and sisters God is love. 

His love is unchangeable. His love has no limit. 

His love is everlasting. His love is unfailing. 

Someone who still wander and still far from Christ. 

God still want you comeback again. 

Because; God is love. 

He does not want you to perish but to remain in His love. 

Bible says in Jude 1:21, “Keep yourselves in God’s love” 

Yes, we should live in His love. 

And in His love, there’s peace and joy. 

Brothers and sisters 

Do you believe that God loves you? And do you Love God? 

Then, peace and joy shall be with you. 

And one more thing that you have to share God’s love to others 

Because what God wants is love. 

You share God’s blessing to your neighbors and help each other. 

When we practice God’s love to others, His love will overflow unto you.
